His vast experience with brands and integrated marketing comes from working with a wide range of corporate clients including Citibank, American Express, GTE, AT&T, Virgin Atlantic Airways and Shell. He has lived and worked for agencies in New York City, London, Los Angeles, Portland, OR and Chicago.

His experience with financial services direct marketing provides expertise in both acquisition and CRM strategies and how to effectively utilize direct marketing tactics and offer configurations.
Channel Management Hugh’s experience has provided him with a unique perspective on both Consumer and Business-to-Business campaigns where he has lead the integration of broadcast television, print, radio, direct mail, on-line, trade and experience marketing.
Biography In June of 2005, Hugh decided to leave the agency life to work directly with corporations by starting his own marketing consultancy, Marketing Independence, in order to have a more direct and senior level dialogue and impact with business decision makers.
