Erik Voskuijl is a practical direct marketing specialist with large experience in developing communication strategy and implementation. His focus is creating turnover and margin by taking clients from to think to to do.
Relation management Through his broad experience in the implementation of direct marketing programs (i.e. Mercedes-Benz, American Express and Staalbankiers) he has become an expert in recommending pragmatically solutions to managers and other members of the clients' team that start with CRM development and implementation. Apart from consultancy, he conducts short workshops in this area for marketing communication departments with focus on ‘the 10 CRM do’s and don'ts’.
Direct marketing Management Together with Arjen Vaalburg he conducts own developed programs and workshops in building and managing brands, and in particular with the use of direct marketing. The basis for this expertise lies in his career at O&M London where he was responsible was for the introduction of the brand American Express in several countries in Central and Southern Europe. In these countries he has given numerous workshops concerning brands, advertising and direct marketing. Recently he has run a training cycle for British American Tobacco in both Nigeria and Ghana, concerning the strategy and implementation of direct marketing programs. Interactive Innovation He is trained by Eric Baron in giving and leading Interactive Innovation sessions. This is a skill to plan and lead creative, problem solving meetings which bring impressive results.
